1. For Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion vary on the individual’s skin type and goals. Blanche Beauty does not guarantee results for everyone and therefore not able to refund any purchases.

Blanche Beauty provides a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Damage due to customer error may be subject to additional charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory. Please contact us at email support@blanchebeauty.com for repair/replacement information

1. You must have purchased our at-home Pro Microdermabrasion kit from our website or retail store with proved receipt

2. Trial our handset for at least 60 days from the date of receiving delivery

3. You must complete at least 8 treatments, and take a video of each session with clear visual of whole face. 

4. If there are no noticeable results in the appearance of your skin, email your 8 videos to us at support@blanchebeauty.com with your order number, and we will review your application. 

5. Once approved, return the our cleaned and in working order Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

* ALL 60-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 60 days of receiving your handset. 

* ALL videos MUST have valid time and date stamps.

6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. 

7. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*. 

The biggest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved. 

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.We advise to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked. We ask all customers to allow up to 2 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Returns

Results will vary greatly from person to person, due to several factors including; skin type, skin tone, age, frequency of use, and the way your skin responds to microdermabrasion. We here at Blânche Beauty are confident that you will achieve some amazing results at home, but if not, we do offer a 60-day money back guarantee so you can get smooth, vibrant skin without the worry!

Blânche Beauty has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your handset. If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions: 

1. Take a clear video of the defect 

2. Email support@blanchebeauty.com with a sentence about the defect and your video attached 

3. Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with. Please do not send the product back before we approve the product 

4. A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one 

You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application. We will review your request as soon as possible and will provide you with an approval letter for product exchange if the product meet the defective requirements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. For Mask:

No return shall be allowed on this product due to the pandemic, refund should only be applicable if they have shown evidence of broken seal etc. within 5 days after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

3. For Sanitizer:

Due to the pandemic, the return of this product can be allowed under following circumstances:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and not touched by any person.
  • When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when item is damaged.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

    The funds are refunded to the customer’s wallet account on the website (the credit will be added to the customer’s wallet account of the website).

    REFUND CYCLE:

    Complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. No credit until product has arrived.
